If you need to speak with your provider or the nurse, please give your name, phone number, and a brief description of what you need to the receptionist. She will pull your chart and a nurse will return your call as soon as possible to assess your needs and communicate your concerns with your provider. Please understand that the physicians and nurses are often with a patient when you call. Therefore, immediate return of your call may not be possible. We assure you we will do our best to return your call in a timely manner. Phone calls received prior to 4:00 p.m. will be returned on the same business day. Those after 4:00 will be returned on the next business day.

Emergency Calls
If you should have an emergency situation arise we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If it is a severe emergency please go immediately to the emergency department of the nearest hospital or call 911.

If the situation is not that severe but one in which you would like to speak to a health care provider, please call our office. If it is after office hours please follow the instructions on the recording and a physician will return your call.
