Appointments can be made by calling our office and talking to one of our receptionists. We make every attempt to get you an appointment as rapidly and efficiently as possible.
Emergencies will be given priority. Please explain the nature of your problem to our receptionist so she can schedule in the proper time frame and allow enough time for the provider to address the full extent of your problem.

We encourage you to schedule health care maintenance appointments (yearly exams, school and sports physicals, well-child exams) at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Appointments for the management of chronic illness (ie. diabetes, hypertension, etc.) should also be made in advance as much as possible.

We always leave room in our schedule for acute illnesses that arise unexpectedly. These appointments are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis as our schedule allows. We will do our best to schedule with the provider of your choice. However, at times your physician may be unavailable and it may not be possible. We encourage you to call as early as possible in the day in order to schedule a time that works well with your schedule and needs.

Nurse visits and lab draws are by appointment only. Many nurse visits, such as blood pressure checks, are provided at no charge. However, if your provider needs to be consulted there will be a minor fee.

Please bring your insurance cards with you at the time of your appointment so we may take a copy for your records. We ask you to do this at each visit so we can bill your insurance correctly.
