For Medication Refills
We try to refill all medication at the time of the visit so that it lasts until the next expected appointment. This reduces the number of calls in between appointments for more medication. Please review needed refills prior to your visit so that appropriate refills can be done at the time of the visit.

OB Routine Visits
Initial visit with midlevel at diagnosis, physician visits including initial evaluation, follow up prenatal visits for evaluation of maternal and fetal wellbeing with increasing frequency through the pregnancy and as needed until delivery.

Chronic Medical Problems
Hypertension, Thyroid, High Cholesterol, etc
If these are uncomplicated, visits every 6 months

Diabetes or Complex Medical Patients
Visits and labwork every 3 months

Nursing Home patients
As required by law, visits every 60 days

All Patients
We expect to see most of our patients at least once a year. If a patient has not been seen in three years, we are no longer familiar with their medical status, and they are considered new patients.
