If you need a refill of a medication that you are currently taking, please contact your pharmacist several days before you run out. Your pharmacist will contact us for your refill. After authorization is obtained from your provider, your prescription will be filled and ready for you to pick up at your chosen pharmacy. If you are told by the pharmacist or nurse that you will need to schedule an appointment before your next refill, we ask that you call our office to schedule that as soon as possible. Refills will be called in on the day requested unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Phone calls with questions regarding your medication(s) received during business hours will be forwarded to the medication question voicemail line. Please be prepared to give your name and birthdate as well as the name(s) of the medication you have a question on and the pharmacy at which you would like any prescription filled. Phone calls received before 4:00 p.m. will be returned on the same business day.
